Ali MacGraw
Ali MacGraw also known by her stage name Elizabeth Alice MacGraw has been a model, actor and animal rights advocate in America. Her movies comprise Love Story (1970), Goodbye Columbus ( 1969) as well as The Getaway ( 1972). In New York, she was born and brought up in an artistic family. Her first job was as a photographer's assistant, before progressing to modeling and acting. She won the Golden Globe Award in 1990 for being a promising actress. MacGraw quickly became famous following the success of her 1970 film Love Story. She was nominated for one of the Academy Award and won a Golden Globe. Within just three short films MacGraw became the most popular female box office star in the entire world. Handprints, signatures and footprints were immortalized in 1972 at the Grauman's Chinese Theater. The actress has appeared in a variety of other movies, including The Getaway Convoy Players and TV miniseries The Winds of War among many others. Moving Pictures, her 1991 autobiography, came out. MacGraw was married to three individuals.
